The size is the same, the UI is the same, but what you do get with the Gen S is a huge color range to choose from. On release, the following colors are available: Black, Black Blue, Black Red, Black Purple, Blue Green, Cherry Pink, Gold, Lime Green, Matte Gray, Midnight Blue, Rose Gold and Silver.
